Organization and economic mechanism of innovation-based agriculture

The article reasons theoretical, methodological and practical principles of innovation-based agriculture. It is proved that the effective development of agricultural production depends on the effectiveness of the organizational and economic mechanism based on a complex system of science and technology and technological research and development. The proposed mechanism is based on the organizational, economic, technical and technological factors increase performance and allows the introduction of advanced technologies and innovations in production activities of agricultural producers. Determined the possibility of introducing innovations at the level of individual entities in agricultural production, caused by the need to find new factors increasing the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. The peculiarities of formation of organizational economic mechanism of innovation-based agriculture through the system of interconnected and correlated subsystems and processes are described. The vectors of innovative development in agriculture and ways of its realization are defined. Considered strategic imperatives impact of innovative processes for the effective functioning of the economic system.
