Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts to the International Journal of Economics and Society (IJES). All submissions will be initially evaluated by an editor to determine their relevance to the journal’s aims and scope. Manuscripts considered appropriate will be sent for double-blind peer review before a final decision on acceptance or rejection is made.

Before submission, authors are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Permission has been obtained for the reproduction of any copyrighted material (e.g., figures, tables, photographs, datasets).

  • All authors listed on the manuscript have agreed to their inclusion and take responsibility for the content.

  • Research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data has received approval from a relevant ethics committee, in accordance with the legal and ethical standards of the country where the research was conducted.

The editorial office reserves the right to desk-reject manuscripts that do not meet minimum academic and ethical standards. Submissions should demonstrate:

  • A clear and well-defined research problem,

  • A sound methodological approach,

  • A logical and coherent argument,

  • A concise title and an abstract that effectively summarizes the study.

Adhering to these standards will improve the chances of successful peer review.

Authors are encouraged to carefully review the submission checklist before completing their submission.
