Multiculturalism policy in Azerbaijan in personality, education,law and local legislation context

Abstract

The problems of formation of national and cultural multicultural values in the process of upbringing of a personality in the context of international rights and Azerbaijan legislation are analyzed in this article. The author tries to reveal problems within the framework of holy Guran, in relevant conventions of UNO, in the Constitution of Azerbaijan Republic, in the Decrees of the President, in different Acts of the Constitution of Azerbaijan Republic, in Decrees and Resolutions, as well as in Laws about Culture and Education
